Food Safety & Quality Policy

1. Our Commitment

Muchhad Foods And Beverages is committed to manufacturing and delivering biscuits and food products that meet the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and quality. We adhere to all applicable food safety regulations under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (FSSAI) and the Food Safety and Standards (Licensing and Registration) Regulations, 2011.

2. FSSAI Compliance

We are in the process of obtaining our FSSAI License. Until such time, we operate in full compliance with applicable FSSAI registration and labelling requirements.

All products are manufactured under hygienic conditions and labelled with:

Complete ingredient list
Nutritional information
Manufacturing date
Best-before date
Allergen disclosures

3. Allergen Policy

Our product range contains the following allergens. Please check the label on the product box carefully before consumption:

Gluten Wheat flour used in biscuit manufacturing

Dairy Butter / milk solids may be used in certain products

Customers with known allergies to any of the above ingredients are strongly advised to read product labels carefully before consumption. Muchhad Foods And Beverages shall not be held liable for allergic reactions arising from failure to read product labels.

3A. Production Environment

All our products are manufactured in a mixed production environment using a single machine. Because of this, there is a possibility of cross-contamination with allergens (tree nuts, gluten, dairy) even in products that do not list them as primary ingredients.

Important: Customers are strongly advised to always check the complete ingredients list and allergen information printed on the product box/packaging before consumption. Muchhad Foods And Beverages shall not be held liable for allergic reactions resulting from failure to read the product label.

4. Manufacturing Standards

All products are manufactured in a clean, hygienic environment.

Raw materials are sourced from trusted, verified suppliers.

Products are packaged in food-grade, tamper-evident packaging.

Temperature and storage conditions are monitored during production.

Batch quality checks are conducted prior to dispatch.

5. Shelf Life & Storage

All products carry a clearly printed 'Best Before' date. Once opened, products should be stored in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.

Muchhad Foods And Beverages is not responsible for quality deterioration resulting from improper storage after delivery.

6. Quality Complaints

Any complaint regarding food safety, hygiene, or product quality should be immediately reported to us at support@muchhadeats.in with details and photographs.

We take all food safety complaints seriously and investigate them on priority. Please also refer to our Refund & Return Policy for eligible complaints.
