1. Overview
This Refund and Return Policy governs all purchases made from Muchhad Foods And Beverages, whether through the website (www.muchhadeats.in), other quick e-commerce platforms, or authorised offline retail partners. By purchasing our products, you agree to the terms set out in this Policy.
2. Scope of Application
This Policy applies to:
- All orders placed on www.muchhadeats.in
- Orders placed through other quick e-commerce platforms (subject to their respective platform policies)
- Purchases made through authorised offline retail partners
- Policies applied to all kinds of purchases made through online or offline both
Note: For orders placed via other quick e-commerce platforms, the refund and return process is governed by the respective platform's policies. Muchhad Foods And Beverages is not liable for refund decisions made by third-party platforms.
3. Eligibility for Refund / Replacement
A customer may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:
- The product received is physically damaged, broken, or tampered with at the time of delivery.
- The product delivered is different from what was ordered (wrong product/variant).
- The product has expired or is within 7 days of the printed expiry date at the time of delivery.
- The product was lost in transit and not delivered within the stipulated timeframe.
4. Non-Eligibility
Refunds or replacements shall NOT be applicable in the following cases:
- The customer has changed their mind after placing the order (change of preference).
- The product has been consumed fully or partially and the complaint is thereafter.
- The complaint is raised beyond 48 hours from the time of delivery.
- The product packaging is opened/tampered by the customer before raising a complaint.
- Natural variations in texture, colour, or taste of biscuits due to ingredients (e.g., kaju, pista, badam).
- Improper storage by the customer after delivery.
5. Refund Process
5.1 How to Raise a Complaint
To raise a refund or replacement request, the customer must:
- Email us at support@muchhadeats.in or contact us via the website within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Provide: Order ID, date of purchase, description of the issue, and photographs/video of the damaged/incorrect product.

6. Refund Mode
Approved refunds shall be credited via the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking). In certain cases, Muchhad Foods And Beverages reserves the right to offer a store credit or product replacement instead of a monetary refund, based on the nature of the complaint.
7. Allergen Disclaimer
Our products are manufactured in a mixed production environment using a single machine. This may result in trace amounts of allergens (tree nuts, gluten, dairy) across all variants.
Refunds will NOT be issued on grounds of allergen reactions if the product label clearly discloses ingredients. Customers with known allergies are advised to carefully read the ingredients and allergen information printed on the product box before purchase.
8. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) and applicable laws of the State of Delhi. Any dispute arising out of a refund claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
